My philosophy of care integrates a biopsychosocial and whole-person approach to understanding the complex interaction between brain, behavior and environment. I may examine the brain, but I care for the person and as such, I strive to understand each patient’s unique experience. Early in my training, I learned it is crucial to understand not only the injury to the brain, but the brain that has been injured.

Over the past 30 years of practice, I have remained active in teaching, training and supervising graduate students, interns, residents and fellows in Neuropsychology, as well as lecturing at state and international conferences on Forensic Neuropsychology and Psychopharmacology.
